ABOUT

BorzoGallery presents a cross-generational programme of artists working from the post-war era to the present. Founded in 1824 and one of the oldest galleries in the Netherlands, it is recognised for its expertise in NUL/ZERO, Minimal and Conceptual art. The gallery brings together artists’ estates and foundations with a select roster of living artists.

BorzoGallery works with the estates of Armando, Ad Dekkers, Carel Visser, Constant, JCJ Vanderheyden and André Volten. Alongside these, it represents artists including herman de vries, Charlotte Caspers, Jan Henderikse, Henk Visch, Tomas Rajlich, Jurriaan Molenaar, Michaël de Kok, Koen Vermeule, Wieteke Heldens and Rakuko Naito. This combined programme places contemporary artists who are actively making new work within the context of their historical predecessors. Exhibitions are often accompanied by a publication in the gallery’s ongoing series.

BorzoGallery is a member of the NGA (Dutch Gallery Association) and the KVHOK (Royal Association of Fine Art Dealers in the Netherlands). It has participated in Art Basel, Expo Chicago, Frieze Masters, Frieze New York, PAN Amsterdam and TEFAF Maastricht.

The gallery does not accept unsolicited artist submissions.
