Peter Strucyken, in an email dated 15 May 2018: "The work TPPW 15 that was in the collection of Ger van Elk is indeed comparable to the work in the collection of the Centraal Museum in Utrecht, which was made using the same computer program, version TPPW 15, but it is by no means its negative.

If the date 24 January is indicated on the drawing, then that date is correct. Dates are important, as they make it possible to determine the order in which the drawings were made. The title refers to the program that was used.

The drawing you have is therefore an original. I did not make copies of drawings, although I sometimes produced different versions using the same program.

This drawing is one of my favourites. I think it belongs among the ten best works I have made. And there are several hundred of them. Ger van Elk had a good eye."
